How we deliver
Every step is controlled, verifiable and simulated first.
You never have to guess what you are buying. Before you sign, you see the system design, the simulation and the full equipment list. During installation, our engineers sign off every stage remotely. After start-up, we monitor the system.
Six steps from first contact to stable power
| Step | You provide | We deliver | Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Assess | Load list, outage pattern, generator details, a bill or photos | Free power assessment report | 5 working days |
| 2. Design & simulate | Confirm your requirements | Proposal, equipment list (BOM), single-line diagram, simulation report | 1–2 weeks |
| 3. Quote & contract | Choose your system | Final quote with trade terms (USD, CIF by default, DDP on request), contract | — |
| 4. Production & shipping | Deposit | Factory test reports, shipping documents | Confirmed in your proposal |
| 5. Installation | — | Installation by a TF PowerProof Certified Partner, installation manual, remote sign-off at every checkpoint, commissioning support | Confirmed in your proposal |
| 6. Operation | — | Remote monitoring, fault diagnosis, warranty | Ongoing |
See it before it's built
Step 2 includes a simulation of your system. You see what happens when the grid fails, at night, and during a long outage, and you can check that your critical loads keep running.
These two short demos show our design platform at work on example projects: real satellite weather, every hour of every year simulated, and a report with price ranges at the end.
Installation you can trust
Every project is built by a TF PowerProof Certified Partner in your country and supervised remotely by our engineers.
The installation has mandatory checkpoints:
- Foundations
- Mounting structures
- Wiring
- Earthing
- Battery cabinet
- Commissioning
At each checkpoint the installer uploads photos or video. Our engineers confirm it before work moves on. Remote monitoring and warranty depend on passing these checkpoints.
Who does what
You buy from a TF PowerProof Certified Partner in your country. The partner signs the contract with you, installs the system and gives you local service. We design it, supply the equipment and support the partner's engineers on every project.

FAQ
Do you send engineers to my site?
Usually not, and you don't need us to. Our engineers design and supervise remotely, and a certified local partner works on site. For large or complex projects we can arrange a site visit.
Can I use my own installer?
Yes. Your installer can join the Certified Partner Program for free and follow our installation checkpoints. That is what activates warranty support and remote monitoring for your site.
Which brands do you use?
We are brand-neutral. We select equipment by certification, warranty, local after-sales support and fit with your loads, and every proposal offers two brand options.
How do I pay?
30% deposit with the order and 70% before shipment, by T/T. Letters of credit for large orders. Prices are quoted in USD, CIF to your port; DDP on request.
