1. Who we are

2. What we collect

Contact details: name, company, job role, email, WhatsApp or phone number, country and city.
Project information: loads, outage patterns, generator details, electricity bills, site photos and documents you send us.
Installer applications: company details, licences, past project information and photos.
Website data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you reached our site (for example a search keyword or ad), through cookies and analytics tools.

We do not ask for payment card details on this website.

3. Why we use it

To prepare your power assessment, proposals and quotes
To reply to your enquiries by email, WhatsApp or phone
To review installer applications
To improve our website and measure which pages and ads work
To meet legal, tax and export-control obligations

We use your project information only for your project and, in anonymized form, to improve our design methods. We never publish your name or site without your permission.

4. Legal basis

We process your information with your consent (for example when you submit a form), to take steps toward a contract you request, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.

Our engineering and sales team
A TF PowerProof Certified Partner in your country, only when needed for your project
Service providers that host our website, forms, email and analytics (Feishu / Lark for our lead records and email, Google Analytics for website statistics, and Alibaba Cloud for website hosting, with servers in the United States)
Authorities, where the law requires it

We do not sell personal information.

6. International transfers

We are based in China, and our service providers may store data in China, the United States or other countries. When you send us information, it is transferred to these countries. We protect it with access controls and contractual safeguards.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries and assessments: up to 3 years after our last contact. Customer project records: for the life of the system plus warranty, and as tax law requires. Rejected partner applications: 1 year.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacy@tfpowerproof.com. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) or the National Privacy Commission (Philippines).

9. Cookies

We use necessary cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.

10. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and reputable service providers. No system is completely secure; we will notify you and the regulator of a serious breach as the law requires.
