Content on this site, including system descriptions, sample reports, calculators and simulations, is general information to help you understand our solutions. It is not a quote, a design or a guarantee of performance for your site.
2. Free assessments and calculators
Assessment reports and calculator results are estimates based on the information you provide and on standard assumptions. They are for decision-making only. Final system design, performance figures, prices and terms are set in a written proposal and contract.
3. No offer
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Prices, trade terms, warranties and delivery times apply only when stated in a signed contract.
4. Products and services
Equipment specifications may change. Product availability depends on export rules in China and import rules in your country. We may decline any enquiry or order, including where export controls or sanctions apply.
5. Your information
When you send us data, you confirm you are allowed to share it. How we use it is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The site's text, images, simulations, sample documents and the TF PowerProof name and logo belong to TF EnergyTech (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. or are used with permission. You may view and download content for your own evaluation; you may not copy it for commercial use.
7. Certified partners
Certification in the TF PowerProof Certified Partner Program is granted and may be withdrawn at our discretion. Certified partners are independent businesses that sell, install and service systems under their own contracts with the owner, and are responsible for local licences and permits. They are not our employees or agents, unless a contract says otherwise.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from this site.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its general information. This does not limit any rights you have under a signed contract with us.
